FEATURES: Spring Stop Buttons are ideal for holding a workpiece against its locators until clamps are in place, and for other light clamping jobs. Type A, shown here, has a spherical radius button to exert contact force at a single point.
SIZES: Available in three sizes, with a choice of hardened steel button or Delrin® button — see Dimensions page for part numbers. The smallest of the three sizes is optionally available with light spring force.
MATERIAL: Body > Aluminum alloy. Spring > Spring steel. Screw > Steel. Steel plunger > 12L14 steel, carburized-hardened, black oxide finish. Delrin® pad > White Delrin® 500. |
