FEATURES: Hard top jaws with one locating step on which to rest parts. Jaws have a diamond-point gripping surface. Hard jaws are sold in matched sets of three. Each top jaw requires an acme-serrated key (order separately).
SIZES: Available for chuck sizes from 12" to 18" diameter, each with several ranges of chucking diameters — see Dimensions page for part numbers.
DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS & SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: The "critical dimensions" shown in the dimension tables must match your master jaw, although outside dimensions can be different. Please check before ordering.
MATERIAL (STEEL): 1018 steel, case hardened .020-.030" deep.
