HJ, HO, HOS, HOH, HOB, B, BT, B200, BT200, and B215 Series
FEATURES: General-purpose blank top jaws. Standard steel jaws can be case hardened after machining, or left soft. Optional aluminum material reduces surface marring, ideal for chucking on finished surfaces. 1.5mm x 60° serrations (3mm x 60° serrations on jaws for 21" and 24" chucks).
SIZES: Available for chuck sizes from 6" to 24" diameter, in standard height and extra high. See Pointed Soft Jaws for 4" and 5" chucks (these small sizes are only available pointed) — see Dimenions page for part numbers. Note: in most cases, two-jaw power chucks use the next-larger-diameter top jaws.
DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS & SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: The "critical dimensions" shown in the dimension tables must match your master jaw, although outside dimensions can be different. Please check before ordering. When using extra-high top jaws, maximum allowable spindle RPM will be reduced somewhat. Please consult your chuck's operating manual.
MATERIAL (STEEL): 1018 steel.
