FEATURES: These adaptor fittings allow using other brands of power-work holding components that have SAE O-ring ports in our standard power-work holding systems (5/16" O.D. tubing). Please note: SAE O-ring fittings are limited to 5000 psi operating pressure and limit the entire system to that pressure. Straight port fitting with a 5/16" compression nut.

COMPRESSION-TYPE FITTINGS: Compression fittings are designed to secure heavy-wall tubing using a bite-type ferrule and compression nut. These fittings accept our standard 5/16" O.D. tubing (cut off straight and de-burred) as well as Fixture Hose and Heavy-Duty Hose with compression-type tube ends.
DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: Use these fittings only with our standard tubing and hose. Our standard tubing is 5/16" O.D. seamless heavy-wall tubing, C1010 steel, cold drawn, fully annealed, .065" wall thickness, 22,800 psi minimum burst pressure. SAE O-ring fittings are limited to 5000 psi operating pressure and limit the entire system to that pressure. Other brands of power-work holding components are usually not totally leak-free, so they should not be used on pallet fixtures disconnected from the hydraulic power source.
