CARACTÉRISTIQUES: Use to plug the end of a drilled manifold passage. Driving the ball into place after insertion provides leak-free metal-to-metal sealing.

INSTALLATION: Drill the end of the fluid passage to D2 diameter, L3 deep. Insert Expanding Plug to bottom of drill point. Drive ball to depth X shown in drawing for proper sealing. Do not use sealing compound or teflon tape.
CONSIDÉRATIONS DE CONCEPTION ET PRÉCAUTIONS DE SÉCURITÉ: Use these fittings only with our standard tubing and hose. Our standard tubing is 5/16" O.D. seamless heavy-wall tubing, C1010 steel, cold drawn, fully annealed, .065" wall thickness, 22,800 psi minimum burst pressure.
