Step Jaws

FEATURES: These versatile jaws allow clamping rectangular workpieces up high in the vise without using parallel blocks. This allows raising short workpieces for easier access, and also provides tool clearance between the workpiece and the vise bed. Each Step Jaw has both a high and a low step. Steps are precision ground to maintain accurate vertical and horizontal location. Use Step Jaws only in pairs.
SIZES: Available in 125mm jaw width, in a choice of two step configurations — see Dimensions page for part numbers:

ACCURACY: Support and clamping surfaces are manufactured with a tolerance of +/-.0004.
MOUNTING: Fasten to the vise with four Socket-Head Cap Screws (furnished with vise).
MATERIAL: Steel, hardened and ground. |
