BESONDERHEITEN: These double-acting Block Cylinders have four integral guide posts that are designed to resist side loads and movements. This Mini Slide is easy to mount on flat surfaces, horizontally or vertically. Excellent for punching, pressing, metal forming, perforating, and assembly operations. Can also be used for pulling, by reversing the A and B ports. Viton seals are standard, for operating temperatures up to 300° F. Safety distance between the Block Cylinder and front plate protects against pinching.
GRÖßEN: Available in four sizes, each with a choice of three stroke lengths — see Dimensions page for part numbers.
SPANNBEWEGUNG: Applying fluid pressure to the A port advances the slide. Switching pressure to the B port positively retracts the slide.
POSITIONSÜBERWACHUNG: Optional position monitoring with limit switches or inductive sensors.
MONTAGE: Choice of end mounting or side mounting.
HYDRAULIK-ANSCHLUSS: Two 1/4" BSPP ports (manifold mounting optional).
KONSTRUKTION: Guide posts > Nitrided steel. Plunger > Steel, case hardened. Body > Steel, black oxide finish. |
