CARACTÉRISTIQUES: General-purpose blank top jaws, also referred to as "square nose," "long," or "offset" jaws. Standard steel jaws can be case hardened after machining, or left soft. Optional aluminium material reduces surface marring, ideal for chucking on finished surfaces.
TAILLES: Available for chuck sizes from 6" to 24" diameter, in standard height and extra high — see Dimensions page for part numbers.
CONSIDÉRATIONS DE CONCEPTION ET PRÉCAUTIONS DE SÉCURITÉ: The "critical dimensions" shown in the dimension tables must match your master jaw, although outside dimensions can be different. Please check before ordering. When using extra-high top jaws, maximum allowable spindle RPM will be reduced somewhat. Please consult your chuck's operating manual.
MATÉRIAU (ACIER): 1018 steel.
MATÉRIAU (ALUMINIUM): 6061-T6 aluminium, with steel cross key on some sizes. |
