CARACTÉRISTIQUES: Full-grip jaws for increased surface contact on large diameter or thin-wall parts, to prevent distortion and marring. Also ideal for fixturing non-cylindrical parts. Cast aluminium material is standard, with steel or cast iron available as an option. Steel jaws can be case hardened after machining, or left soft. 3mm x 60° serrations.
TAILLES: Available for chuck sizes from 6" to 15" diameter, in standard height and extra high, and also in oversize diameters — see Dimensionsn page for part numbers. Note: in most cases, two-jaw power chucks use the next-larger-diameter top jaws.
CONSIDÉRATIONS DE CONCEPTION ET PRÉCAUTIONS DE SÉCURITÉ: The "critical dimensions" shown in the dimension tables must match your master jaw, although outside dimensions can be different. Please check before ordering. When using extra-high or oversize diameter top jaws, maximum allowable spindle RPM will be reduced somewhat. Please consult your chuck's operating manual.
MATÉRIAU (ALUMINIUM): 319 aluminium alloy.
MATÉRIAU (FONTE): Class 30 grey cast iron.
