Standard steel jaws can be case hardened after machining, or left soft. Optional aluminium material reduces surface marring, ideal for chucking on finished surfaces. Each top jaw requires an acme-serrated key (order separately). TAILLES: Available for chuck sizes from 8" to 24" diameter, in standard height and extra high — see Dimensions page for part numbers. Note: in most cases, two-jaw power chucks use the next-larger-diameter top jaws. CONSIDÉRATIONS DE CONCEPTION ET PRÉCAUTIONS DE SÉCURITÉ: The "critical dimensions" shown in the dimension tables must match your master jaw, although outside dimensions can be different. Please check before ordering. When using extra-high top jaws, maximum allowable spindle RPM will be reduced somewhat. Please consult your chuck's operating manual. MATÉRIAU (ACIER): 1018 steel.
