BESONDERHEITEN: Full-grip jaws for increased surface contact on large diameter or thin-wall parts, to prevent distortion and marring. Also ideal for fixturing non-cylindrical parts. Cast aluminium material is standard, with steel or cast iron available as an option. Steel jaws can be case hardened after machining, or left soft. 1.5mm x 60° serrations (3mm x 60° serrations on jaws for 21" and 24" chucks).
GRÖßEN: Available for chuck sizes from 4" to 24" diameter, in standard height and extra high, and also in oversize diameters. Note: in most cases, two-jaw power chucks use the next-larger-diameter top jaws.
DESIGN-HINWEISE & VORSICHTSMAßNAHMEN: The "critical dimensions" shown in the dimension tables must match your master jaw, although outside dimensions can be different. Please check before ordering. When using extra-high or oversize-diameter top jaws, maximum allowable spindle RPM will be reduced somewhat. Please consult your chuck's operating manual.
WERKSTOFF (ALUMINIUM): 319 aluminium alloy.
WERKSTOFF (GUSSEISEN): Class 30 grey cast iron.
WERKSTOFF (STAHL): Mild steel. |
