FEATURES: Standard removable-type fixture key for large fixtures. Used for all of our Rectangular Tooling Plates, blank and modular. Keeps underside of fixture free of obstructions. Insert from above after placing fixture on the machine. If desired, Locating Keys can be removed before machining, after the fixture is fastened. Tapped hole in the top makes insertion and removal easier. Install in a 1-3/16" reamed hole. True position within .0005" TIR.

MATERIAL: 1144 or 1045 steel, heat treated, black oxide finish. |
