FEATURES: Socket-Head Cap Screws (grade 8) are used in all modular systems for fastening non-locating components. In Mini-size modular systems, these cap screws are also used with LocatingBushes to mount locators.
SIZES: Available for Mini (5/16"-18), Standard (1/2"-13, and Heavy (5/8"-11) modular systems, each in a choice of several lengths. Socket-Head Cap Screws are also available in thread sizes #6-32, #10-32, 1/4"-20, 3/4"-10, and 1"-8 (also M16 in metric). These sizes are used for fastening non-modular components to modular adapters. The M16 size is used to fasten modular plates and blocks to machine pallets — see Dimensions page for part numbers.
