CAST SECTIONS

Flat Section Cast Iron		FEATURES: Cast Sections provide a fast, economical way to make special fixture components. These structural elements are machined flat and parallel within .005" per foot, except ends. Section dimensions are held +/-1/32", while length is held -1/16" to +1/8". Flat Cast Sections are available in whole lengths (25"), or cut to any length you desire. Example:   CL-4-CF-6.00   6"-long cut piece SIZES: Available in two section sizes — see Dimensions page for part numbers:   1" x 6"   1-1/4" x 8" MATERIAL (CAST IRON): ASTM class 40, 275-310 MPa tensile strength.
