FEATURES: These single-end and double-end handles securely hold either Plug Gauges or Step Plug Gauges. Colour-coded screw-on ends identify GO and NO-GO gauges (the red NO-GO end also has an identification groove). Gauge pin extension can be set at any length. All handles have a .129"-diameter cable hole for permanently attaching the handle to an inspection fixture.
COLLET BUSHES: One Collet Bush is required for each gauge pin (order separately). These bushes each cover a range of several gauge-pin sizes. ColletBushes firmly hold gauge pins against rotational and lateral forces when the ends are tightened.
SIZES: Gauge Handles are available in eight sizes, to fit gauge pins from .061 to 1.010". See tables to select the proper handle and Collet Bush for a given gauge-pin size.
