Single Acting
CARATTERISTICHE: Threaded cylinders for installation through fixture walls. External thread allows fine adjustment after installation. Compact design with many applications. Excellent for punching, pressing, and assembly operations, with high forces available.
MISURE: Available in two sizes — see Dimensions page for part numbers. Push force at 7500 psi:
AZIONE DI BLOCCAGGIO: Applying fluid pressure advances the plunger. Spring return.
MONTAGGIO: In all cases, secure clamp with the lock ring provided to prevent rotation. Several possible mounting methods: 1) install clamp through a tapped hole in the fixture; 2) install clamp into a Mounting Block; 3) install clamp through a bored hole and into a Mounting Flange, then fasten the Mounting Flange to the fixture with four socket-head cap screws. Order Mounting Flanges and Mounting Blocks separately.
CONNESSIONI IDRAULICO: 1/4" BSPP port. Do not use NPT fittings.
COSTRUZIONE: Plunger > Steel, case hardened. Body > Steel, black oxide finish. |
