CARACTÉRISTIQUES: As push clamps, these double-acting cylinders are useful in automated systems where the return stroke must be completed within a certain time. They are also very useful as pull clamps. Manifold mounting allows an extremely compact, space-saving design. These versatile cylinders provide considerable force in a small size, and can be placed very close together.

ACTION DE BRIDAGE: Applying fluid pressure to the A (clamping) passage advances the plunger. Switching pressure to the B (unclamping) passage positively retracts the plunger. Passages can also be reversed to use as a pull clamp.
MONTAGE: Screw clamp into fixture up to the top flange, and tighten to the recommended seating torque. Alternatively, the top flange can be recessed in a counter-bored hole, for flush mounting. Carefully follow hole-preparation instructions in the drawings. The overall depth of the bored hole must be strictly observed, because the bottom acts as a stop (to make the short length of this unit possible). The insertion chamfer and the entrances of the fluid passages into the bored hole must be rounded to avoid damaging the seals during clamp installation.
CONNEXION HYDRAULIQUE: Fluid passages must be drilled exactly as shown in the drawings. Do not use NPT fittings.
