BESONDERHEITEN: This safety valve is used to protect hydraulic circuits from unexpected pressure increases. Applications include disconnected pallet fixtures, where the temperature of a closed system could increase and cause hydraulic pressure to exceed acceptable operating limits. Poppet-type valve, directly controlled.
ARBEITSGANG: To set up initially, turn the adjustment knob on top until the desired maximum pressure is achieved. During normal operation, Pressure-Relief Valve automatically opens whenever system pressure exceeds the set pressure.
MONTAGE: The P port (system pressure) is the only required connection. The R port (return to tank for overflow in case of relieved pressure) is optional. Both ports are 1/2" BSPP. To adapt ports to 1/4" BSPP, order two reducing adaptors (CLR-3613-015-F). Mount in any position, horizontal or vertical. Do not use NPT fittings. |
