FEATURES: Simple, economical ball plunger ideal for installation in softer materials, such as aluminium, wood, or plastic. Use when a threaded hole would be impractical or when adjustment is not required. Sturdy shoulder provides a fixed seating position and positively resists detent force. Installation hole can be counter-bored to recess the shoulder. Available in steel or stainless steel.
SIZES: Available in six body sizes from 1/8" diameter to 1/2" diameter — see Dimensions page for part numbers, and Size Comparison page for a group photo of all sizes. Choice of light or heavy force in each size.
MATERIAL (STEEL): Body > 12L14 steel, black oxide finish. Ball > White Delrin 500. Spring > Music wire.
