Carr Lane offers precision alignment pins for many manufacturing, design, and
assembly applications. Ball Lock Pins, available single or double acting, have
a precisely ground shank available in many diameters and grip lengths. These
quick release pins are positive locking until released by pushing a button. The
newest addition, the Ball Lock Mounting System, allows accurately locating and
clamping at the same time, with just the twist of a hex wrench, and is ideal for
mounting quick-change fixture plates on a subplate. Also featured are spring-loaded

Modular tooling from Carr Lane is ideal for temporary fixturing. Use this wide
selection of tooling components for one-time jobs, short or prototype production
runs, trial fixturing or while permanent fixtures are built or repaired. Modular
components are available in mini, standard, and heavy sizes. Finish-ground modular
tooling plates and blocks have multipurpose positioning holes at regular intervals.
Options include round, rectangular, square, platform and angle tooling plates, along
with two-sided, four-sided and window tooling blocks.

Hard and soft chuck jaws are now available from Carr Lane, which stocks hundreds of jaws in popular sizes for dozens of chuck brands. Hard jaws are available in two-step reversible and single-step reversible varieties. Soft jaws are available pointed, square nosed or as Pie Jaws®. Varieties come in either steel, cast iron or aluminum versions.
The full line includes serrated jaws, acme-key jaws, square-key, slotted jaws, tongue & groove jaws, and jaws for high-precision chucks. Also available are master plates, pot chucks, and top-jaw machining fixtures.
