New Heavy-Duty Toggle Clamps from Carr Lane deliver holding capacity up to 6000 lbs. for applications in automotive manufacturing and other production environments which require high clamping forces and long service life.

Heavy-duty vertical-handle clamps feature holding capacities of 750, 2000, 3000 or 6000 lbs. They can be ordered as complete clamps or as basic toggle mechanisms mated with optional handles, grips, clamping arms and base plates. The complete clamps come with either a straight base or integral flanged base. A weldable pivot base is also available as an option for mounting clamps at an angle. Straight-base versions are ideal for mounting on a vertical plate or tongue.

Precision, close-tolerance steel components throughout provide exceptionally smooth operation. Rugged alloy steel handle fork. Guided-arm feature provides positive lateral arm support.

All pivot pins are hardened and ground, and run in either hardened bushings or hardened clamp parts. The bottom pivot is a precision bolt which can be adjusted to fine tune the amount of free play in the clamps.
