FEATURES: Precision lightweight tooling plates that mount on a modular tooling block. Finish ground to tight tolerances. Plates are available either with multipurpose holes to build modular fixtures, or as blanks to build permanent fixtures. Multipurpose holes are spaced within .0004" of true position.

MOUNTING: Locate on a modular tooling plate or block with Fixture Locating Pins (order separately, 1 round pin and 1 diamond pin). Fasten with Socket-Head Cap Screws (order separately, 4 or 6 required).
MATERIAL (MODULAR): Body > Gray cast iron, ASTM class 40. Bushings > High-carbon steel, heat treated. Threaded inserts > Steel. Protection Plugs > Plastic.
MATERIAL (BLANK): 1045 steel. |
