CARACTÉRISTIQUES:Precision rectangular pad for mounting a Construction Ball. These rectangular pads should be fastened with two socket-head cap screws, then can be doweled in place to maintain accurate location. Construction Ball can be secured by installing a #10-24 setscrew (not furnished) in the crosshole.
TAILLES: Available in three sizes to fit the following Construction Ball shank diameters:
INSTALLATION: Bolt pad in position with two socket-head cap screws. After mounting, drill and ream the 15/64" holes to 1/4" diameter, to install dowel pins for secure location.
COUVRIR OPTIONNEL: A sturdy die-cast zinc cover is available to protect Construction Balls from damage or misadjustment after setting (CL-2-COVER, order separately). Two #10-24 tapped holes allow attaching the cover.
MATÉRIAU: 1018 steel, black oxide finish. DFARS and RoHS compliant. |
