Zero-point mounting provides a low-cost solution for quick pallet change. Speedy Clamping Plates can be mounted directly on a machine table or on a tooling block. Hydraulic connection is required only while changing fixtures. Fixtures can be transfered to different machines or inspection tables while maintaining the same datum points.

The Zero-Point Quick-Change Mounting System requires all fixtures to have Locating Posts installed underneath. Fixtures should generally have one Zero-Point Locating Post and one Relieved Locating Post. Floating Posts can be added as required to provide additional clamping force without location.
