Carr Lane Manufacturing has an excellent opportunity for a part-time payroll coordinator to work at a nationally recognized manufacturer located in St. Louis, Missouri. The payroll coordinator will perform a variety of tasks in the areas of payroll, employee file maintenance, and reporting.

Responsibilities of the Job:
• Process weekly payroll for approximately 175 employees
• Verifying timesheets with supervisors
• Maintaining records for wage changes, deductions, and withholdings
• Assist with enrolling employees in the payroll system
• Review payroll pre and post transmittal for accuracy
• Enroll employees for health insurance and other benefits
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Associate degree or higher preferred
• 3 plus years of payroll experience
• Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now payroll software preferred
• Proficient Excel skills
• Ability to maintain complete confidentiality
• Excellent organizational, and time management skills to quickly meet payroll processing deadlines
