Product Information

Hydraulic Work Support Mounting Block (LZ-C) provides a ready-made mounting solution for LD-series threaded-body Hydraulic Work Supports, eliminating the need to machine a pocket in the fixture base. The block accepts the LD work support body directly, securing it to the fixture surface with standard fasteners for a rigid, stable installation. Ideal for applications where machining a dedicated pocket into the fixture base is impractical or undesirable. The LZ-C mounts to the fixture base and locates the LD work support in the correct position and orientation, maintaining proper alignment with the workpiece contact point. A G-thread plug with air bleeding function (JZG010) is included. The hydraulic fitting port accepts a BZL0101-A connector, sold separately.
