Pneumatic Work Support Mounting Block is a ready-made mounting solution for WVS-series threaded-body Pneumatic Work Supports, eliminating the need to machine a pocket in the fixture base. The block accepts the WVS work support body directly, securing it to the fixture surface with standard fasteners for a rigid, stable installation. The block mounts to the fixture base and locates the WVS work support in the correct position and orientation, maintaining proper alignment with the workpiece contact point.

Two styles are available: the DZ-C, a low-profile flat-body block, and the LZ-C, a taller block suited for applications requiring additional clearance beneath the work support. Both styles are compatible with WNC, WNC-E, and WNC-EQ series work supports. Ideal for applications where machining a dedicated pocket into the fixture base is impractical or undesirable. A flanged nut (sold separately) is required for installation; corresponding flanged nut part numbers are listed in the selection table. Available in four sizes corresponding to WVS0603, WVS1003, WVS1603, and WVS3003 work supports.
