All Orders Ship FOB from St Louis, MO or Austin, TX
We warrant all products shipped from our factory and warehouses to be free from defective
material and workmanship.
If any customer receives merchandise from us deemed by them to be defective, a return
authorization must be requested from CLM to return same to our factory for inspection.
If such merchandise is found to be defective in any way, or where CLM has erred in filling the
original order, full replacement will be made and CLM will assume standard transportation
No merchandise will be received without prior written authorization from CLM.
CLM’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected parts and standard freight.
All returns must be authorized by the Factory prior to their return.
Standard, Catalog items are generally returnable but are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Large Quantities of Standard Bushings, more than 100 pieces, may not be returnable subject to stock level and usage but are subject to a 20% restocking charge
Individual items over $500.00 in value are subject to a 10% restocking charge.
Special and Non-Catalog items are Not Cancellable and Not Returnable. Made-to-Order items are Not Cancellable and Not Returnable. Carbide, Air Feed, Bronze, Brass, Extended Range, and all Special Bushings are Not Cancellable and Not Returnable.
All Returns for Damage or Defect must be made within 30 Days of Receipt of Goods
Exceptions to these Terms and Conditions may be made on an order or customer basis prior to the acceptance of an order.
