- If you find any discrepancies with your order, such as incorrect quantities or parts, please contact our Customer Service department immediately at 314.647.6200 or by email at email@example.com.
- Product returns are subject to a maximum 20% restocking charge. Of course, returns where CLM is at fault have no restocking fee.
- Your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is the eight-digit number provided to you by Carr Lane Manufacturing Customer Service when you initiated your return inquiry.
- RMA numbers are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
- Please include your RMA number on all returned packages and paperwork.
- Carr Lane Manufacturing bases credits on inspections and acceptance.
