Which Personal Information do we collect about you? For this purpose, we use a third-party service provider to collect and process the following Personal Information on our behalf through its systems and portals: your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, including primary and secondary phone numbers, your gender, your ethnic origin, your veteran status, your voluntary self-identification of disability, your work experience, including job titles, company names, and dates of employment, and your education, including the names of the schools you attended, your level of education, your degree, including majors and minors, and the dates of your school attendance.
  2. What is the Purpose of Processing your Personal Information? This Personal Information is processed in order to make employment decisions, in some instances, and to comply with applicable law. Where processing your Personal Information is required to comply with applicable law, the consequence of not providing such Personal Information is that we may not be able to process your job application.
  3. How long do we store your Personal Information? All of such Personal Information is stored within the third-party service provider’s systems and portals and is subject to the provider’s privacy policies available on the provider’s website and/or within its portal.

Where processing your Personal Information is performance of the contract with you, the consequence of not providing such Personal Information is that we may not be able to perform under the contract and may need to terminate the contract.

HOW DO WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We engage other companies, including, without limitation, certain of our affiliates and subsidiaries (“Agents”), to perform certain services on our behalf.  We may disclose, and may internationally transfer, Personal Information to these Agents to perform the services or provide the products, and, in fulfillment of the services or products, these Agents may need to disclose Personal Information collected on our behalf with us. We do not sell, trade, lease, or rent your Personal Information to Agents without prior permission from you.
