Terms On Returns

Warranty claims against defects in material or workmanship must be made within 30 days of receipt.   

If Carr Lane Manufacturing is at fault, you are not charged. If the return is due to customer error, there will be a 20% restocking charge. Contact Customer Service at 314.647.6200 to obtain an RMA number prior to return. This number must be denoted on the outside of the package when making the return.   

Can I Return A Special Order?

In general, specials are not returnable, if supplied to your specifications. If you feel your special was not supplied to your specifications, please contact our Customer Service department at 314.647.6200 to discuss the matter. Remember, all returns require an RMA number prior to return. This number must be denoted on the outside of the package when making the return.
