Carr Lane Manufacturing has an excellent opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist to work at a nationally recognized manufacturer located in St. Louis, Missouri. The Human Resources Generalist will perform a variety of tasks to improve and maintain effective policies and procedures while working with all employees across two locations.

Responsibilities of the Job:

- Full Cycle recruiting including effective use of ATS (applicant tracking systems) and social media platforms, attending job fairs, and identifying candidates and candidate pipelines
- Conduct new hire onboarding
- Assist with HR functions across two work locations (St. Louis and Austin, TX)
- Assist managers and supervisors with evaluating and coaching, and corrective actions as needed
- Maintain employment files
- Ensure legal compliance to all applicable federal, state, and local laws
- Coordinate workers' compensation, OSHA compliance reporting and unemployment claims
- Assist with benefits administration and compensation planning
- Assist with policy development, performance management and employee relations including recognition and engagement programs
Qualifications:
- 3 plus years of Human Resources experience
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related area
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification desired
- Bilingual a plus
