Sequence Valves are hydraulic control valves designed to activate multiple actuators in a predetermined order, reducing the number of ports required in workholding systems. When incoming port pressure reaches the adjustable sequence operating pressure setting, the valve opens to supply pressure to the outgoing port, enabling sequential control of locating and clamping operations in a single hydraulic circuit. Each port incorporates a built-in filter for contamination protection.

Model BLS sequence valves feature an adjustable sequence operating pressure range of 10 ro 40 Bar (3.0 MPa model), 30 to 80 Bar (5.0 MPa model),, with an operating pressure range of 20 to 300 Bar. The compact Model BLG offers adjustable ranges of 10 to 60 Bar, with an operating pressure range of 20 to 350 Bar. Set pressure is adjusted via an external adjustment screw with turn ratios ranging from 7 to 28 Bar per revolution depending on model. Proper operation requires a minimum differential of 10 Bar between operating pressure and sequence setting pressure. When multiple sequence valves are used in parallel, each set pressure must differ by more than 10 Bar.Model BLS has Rc1/4 port size for piping. Model BLG is only manifold plumb mounting.
