Product Information

KOSMEK Push Cylinders are single-acting hydraulic cylinders in a compact threaded-body design, used to push, position, or activate fixture components. The single-acting configuration provides powered advance with spring return. A threaded external body allows direct installation into fixture plates and subplates without additional mounting hardware. See "Manifold Blocks" for manifold or direct piping configurations.

Two piston end configurations are stocked: female threaded end (A type) for attachment of contact bolts, gripper bolts, swivel ends, and other accessories, and rounded ball end (R type) for direct workpiece or mechanism contact. See "Contact Bolts" for a full listing of available end fittings.

DP Push Cylinders are stocked in body sizes from M16x1.5 to M36x1.5, with push forces from 1.23 to 9.70 kN at 250 Bar maximum hydraulic pressure. Strokes range from 6 to 25 mm depending on body size and stroke code. Additional body sizes up to M80x2, piston end styles (including swivel pad types P and Q), and stroke options are available. Made in Japan.
