Non-Leak Reducing Valves are in-line hydraulic pressure control valves that reduce circuit pressure in workholding fixtures without requiring an external drain port. The patented design eliminates the need for a drain line, simplifying hydraulic circuit layouts and reducing the number of required circuits. Partial in-line circuit pressures can be reduced while maintaining full pressure elsewhere in the system, enabling more efficient fixture designs and faster changeovers.

The valve operates by reducing incoming pressure at port P(R) to a lower set pressure at the outgoing port CYL. Built-in filters at each port protect internal components from contamination. When the outgoing side reaches its set pressure, the valve closes automatically to maintain the reduced pressure. Upon pressure release, the check valve opens to allow return flow, enabling actuator release without manual intervention.

Available in two models: BMA is a standard configuration with piping options, BMG is a compact version with gasket-mounted manifold connection. Low input pressure models (BMA2030 and BMG2030) accommodate incoming supply pressures from 20 to 70 Bar (2 to 7MPa) with outgoing set pressures from 10 to 60 Bar (1 to 6MPa). High input pressure models (BMA2050 and BMG2050) handle incoming pressures from 60 to 300 Bar (6 to 30MPa) with outgoing set pressures from 30 to 140 Bar (3 to 27MPa). Piping models feature Rc1/4 thread size, while manifold models integrate directly without external threading.
