Manual Switching Valves are manually operated hydraulic valves that maintain cylinder-side pressure when the circuit is closed or disconnected, preventing workpiece drop during clamping operations. A lever actuates the valve, and the circuit symbol shows a built-in check valve on the incoming P(R) port side that holds outgoing CYL. port pressure when the lever is switched off. Each port incorporates a built-in filter. This design allows operators to clamp and unclamp individual workpieces independently when loading or unloading multiple parts from a single hydraulic power source without releasing pressure to other active clamps.

Manual Switching Valves are well suited for fixture setups where multiple workpieces must be clamped sequentially or released one at a time while the hydraulic circuit remains live. Two models are available: BT2210-0 for pressure ranges of 20 to 70 bar, and BT2510-0 for pressure ranges of 70 to 300 bar.
