KOSMKEK's Pneumatic Locking Link Clamps are high-power pneumatic work clamps with a built-in mechanical lock, designed to replace hydraulic clamping in fixture applications. The mechanical locking system multiplies holding force to approximately three times clamping force, enabling heavy-load and high-precision machining while minimizing work distortion. Eliminating the need for a hydraulic power pack and associated piping simplifies installation and reduces system complexity.The WCE delivers approximately 2.5 times the clamping force of the same-size WCA model, allowing equivalent clamping force two sizes smaller. Compact dimensions are maintained even with the integrated mechanical lock. A purpose-built dust seal with chemically resistant sealing material protects against high-pressure coolant, including chlorine-based formulations.

WCE Pneumatic Link Clamps are available in four standard sizes at 0.5 MPa operating pressure: Size 100 (0.9 kN), Size 160 (1.6 kN), Size 250 (2.5 kN), and Size 400 (3.9 kN). Additional sizes are available. Made in Japan.
