The system delivers clamping forces ranging from 2.5 kN to 40 kN, allowing selection based on application needs. Once clamped, the mechanical lock maintains holding force without continuous hydraulic pressure.
The assembly includes a hydraulic clamp unit and interchangeable receiver blocks mounted on the fixture base. Receiver blocks enable accurate positioning and are compatible with both hydraulic and pneumatic systems, supporting shared pallet setups.
Datum clamps provide fixed positioning, while guide clamps with cut blocks allow controlled movement for proper kinematic constraint.
Air blow ports clean seating surfaces, and optional seat-check functionality ensures correct clamping through gap sensing. By enabling offline setup, the system improves productivity and reduces machine downtime.
