KOSMEK Power Workholding

From hydraulic and pneumatic clamps to pallet clamping systems, power vises, pumps, valves, and accessories, KOSMEK components are engineered for secure holding, compact integration, and reliable operation in machining, welding, automation, and high-volume manufacturing environments.
Electric Vertical Toggle Clamp
The Electric Toggle Clamp features an advanced JVL NEMA 17 profile integrated ServoStep Motor providing unparalleled control and accuracy of the clamping arm throughout the clamping stroke. 

This integrated motor comes with current protection, allowing for sensor-free homing and operation. It's rugged construction and high-grade components guarantee outstanding durability and reliability, ensuring maximum performance during extended periods of use. Like all Toggle Clamps, the Electric Toggle Clamp uses an over-center locking principle known as a “toggle action”.

Actuating the clamp first moves the mechanism into position, then applies clamping force by compressing or stretching the linkage elements after contacting the workpiece, then positively locks the mechanism by moving the toggle action's center pivot past the centerline of the other two pivots, against a stop making this electric clamp is incredibly versatile. Boasting a compact design and adaptable mounting options that make it suitable for a wide range of applications, including CNC machining, woodworking, metalworking, welding, and more.

The clamp is also available without a motor, enabling the use of any NEMA 17 motor. This flexibility suits virtually any specific need or preference, further enhancing the versatility and adaptability of this innovative clamping solution.
Forged Swivel Hoist Rings
Carr Lane’s Forged Swivel Hoist Rings feature a forged lifting ring and simpler construction for easy disassembly. Swivel Hoist Rings pivot 180° and swivel 360° simultaneously to allow lifting from any direction. Available with inch or metric threads in load capacities up to 10,000 lbs, many with a choice of bolt length. Complies with ASME B30.26 and CE. 
Hook Clamps
Hook clamps are designed to manually swing into the clamping position, then clamp straight down by screw action. These clamps allow clear loading while swung away in the unclamped position. Ideal in tight spaces where high clamping force is required. Hooks clamps are available in long arm, long armed tapped or standard arm. Available in three sizes, with 5/16-18, 1/2-13, and 5/8-11 mounting screws (M8, M12, and M16 in metric).
These clamps can be mounted in a reamed hole, or in a Hook-Clamp Holder or Hook-Clamp Mounting Block (order separately). For high-rise clamping, Riser Cylinders are available to extend the range of standard Hook-Clamp Holders.
