Precision construction provides a flat, stable mounting surface suited for vises, fixtures, or other workholding. Ideal for aerospace, defense, medical, and precision industrial applications where repeatable setup and reduced cycle-to-cycle downtime are priorities. Quick-Change Trunnion Table Fixture Plates are precision-machined sub-plates designed to mount directly to the Single-Sided and Double-Sided Quick-Change Trunnion Table via Headless Carr Lock® Clamps, enabling rapid fixture exchange without loss of positional accuracy. Each plate seats and locates repeatably to ±0.001 inch (±0.025 mm), allowing operators to load and stage fixtures offline while machining continues on the table — reducing changeover time and maximizing spindle utilization across high-mix production schedules. Made in USA.
