Equipped with Headless Carr Lock® Clamps and supplied with one sub-plate, the Single-Sided Quick-Change Trunnion Table can be easily configured with vises or dedicated fixtures that exchange in under one minute while maintaining ±0.001 inch (±0.025 mm) repeatability. This enables operators to load and unload parts offline while machining continues, maximizing spindle uptime and supporting lean, high-mix manufacturing workflows. When used in conjunction with a tool probe, these repeatability tolerances can be reduced to the micron level through a simple M-code macro.
Each Table is precision-machined from Class 35 cast iron for exceptional vibration damping and thermal stability. Table flatness and squareness are held within 0.001 inch (0.025 mm), and outboard support alignment within 0.0002 inch (0.005 mm) of the rotary centerline, ensuring excellent stiffness under heavy or off-center loads.
Supplied with a defined height to the 4th-axis centerline. Other heights can be achieved with risers, shims, or by special order — please contact the factory for details. A compatible 4th-axis rotary table is required for operation.
