KOSMEK Mechanical Screw Hydraulic Pumps are compact, self-contained hydraulic power units that convert rotational input into pressurized hydraulic fluid for powering clamps, cylinders, and other tooling components. The screw mechanism delivers 1.6 cm³ per rotation with a maximum discharge capacity of 28 cm³, providing sufficient oil volume to operate multiple swing clamps or actuators from a single unit. An integrated accumulator maintains consistent pressure throughout the working cycle, precharged to 70 Bar for immediate availability upon rotation.

The mechanical actuation eliminates dependence on external hydraulic power sources or electrical systems, making these pumps well suited for applications where live hydraulics are impractical or where connection to central hydraulic systems would risk fluid contamination. The pump accepts rotational input at speeds up to 300 rpm with a maximum input torque of 8 N·m, delivered through a hex 13mm input drive. A built-in air bleed valve facilitates system purging, and a pressure increase indicator provides visual confirmation of system pressurization.

Construction includes a mounting block with two M6 bolt locations and an Rc1/8 oil supply port. Operating temperature range is 0 to 70°C using general hydraulic oil equivalent to ISO-VG-32. Unit weight is 1.5 kg. Model AYN0010 is available from stock with accumulator precharged to 70 Bar.
