Carr Lock® System
The Carr Lock® System allows accurately locating and clamping at the same time, with just the turn of a hex wrench. Ideal for mounting quick-change tooling on a subplate. Each mounting point consists of three components: (1) a Carr Lock® Clamp, with a precisely ground shank; (2) a Carr Lock® Liner Bushing in the top plate; (3) a Carr Lock® Receiver Bushing in the subplate. This compact assembly provides considerable holddown force, together with an incredible +/-.0005" repeatability.
Carr Lock® System Kits
Carr Lock® System Kits include everything you need to set up an efficient quick-change fixturing system. The system's foundation is a Carr Lock® Subplate – a precision-machined steel plate with Carr Lock® Receiver Bushings installed in a standard pattern. Carr Lock® System Kits also include one or more Carr Lock® Fixture Plates, plus all required Carr Lock® Clamps and mounting accessories (Sure-Lock™ Fixture Keys, T Nuts, Socket-Head Cap Screws, and a Preset Torque Wrench).

Quintus 1 Quick-Change Risers
Quintus Quick-Change Risers provide accurate location and secure clamping while also providing quick-change capability and elevating the workpiece for improved spindle access – all in one compact unit. To locate and clamp a fixture, the Quintus 1 riser utilizes two integral locating pins, a round pin for zero-point centering and a diamond pin for single-axis centering, and a single pull-down bolt that provides 2700 lbs of pull-down force. Made in Germany.
Quintus 2 Quick-Change Risers
The Quintus 2 riser utilizes two pull-down bolts – one with zero-point centering, the other with single-axis centering – providing 2 x 4500 lbs of pull-down force. Made in Germany.
Quintus 3 Quick-Change Risers
The Quintus 3 riser utilizes three pull-down bolts – one with zero-point centering, one with single-axis centering, and one without centering – providing 3 x 4500 lbs of pull-down force. Made in Germany.

Stark Zero-Point Mounting System
Mechanical Self-Clamping with Pneumatic Release

The Stark quick-change mounting system, the original "zero-point" mounting system, provides a low-cost solution for automated quick pallet change. Self-clamping operation with pneumatic release means that air connection is required only while changing fixtures. Fixtures can be transferred to different machines or inspection tables while maintaining the same datum points. 

The Stark Quick-Change Mounting System requires all fixtures to have Pull-Down Nipples installed underneath. Fixtures should generally have one Pull-Down Nipple with zero-point centering and one with single-axis centering. Pull-Down Nipples without centering can be added as required to provide additional clamping force without location.
