Mechanical Screw Pumps give 1.6 cm³/rotation with 70 Bar accumulator; Air Over Oil Pumps deliver double-acting high-volume output with 3 L reservoir; Compact Air Over Oil Pumps provide single-acting circuits with unloading valve and 5 L reservoir.
Carr Lane recommends Hangsterfer's Antiwear 32 for KOSMEK Power Workholding hydraulic systems. It meets the required ISO VG 32 viscosity grade and, unlike conventional hydraulic oils, separates from water-based cutting fluid instead of emulsifying into it, protecting coolant performance and reducing tramp oil cleanup.
